At Sabre Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flatware and table accessories. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused flatware in its original Sabre Paris packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
